Mr. Sheng serves as the President, Chief Financial Officer, and an Executive Director of AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (AIXC). He previously served as the Chairman of the Board, a position he assumed following the company’s rebranding in 2025, and as the Chair of the Audit Committee until May 21, 2026. From June 2022 to May 2026, Mr. Sheng held the position of Head of Operations and Finance Director at FF Global Partners LLC, an affiliate of FF Top, the largest shareholder of Faraday Future. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Faraday Future in December 2022 as an Independent Director, where he served until April 2026 as the Chair of both the Finance and Investment Committee and the Compensation Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Prior to these roles, Mr. Sheng held senior executive roles within China National Aviation Fuel Corporation’s international subsidiaries, including Acting General Manager of China Aviation Fuel (Europe) Limited from 2018 to 2022 and Chief Financial Officer at North American Fuel Corporation from 2008 to 2018. Mr. Sheng holds a master’s degree in accounting and financial economics from the University of Essex.
Mr. Chen serves as a board member of the Company and as a board member of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. Mr. Chen is a partner with the law firm of Yoka | Smith, LLP (“Yoka Smith”), where he has practiced since 2012. He represents national and multinational clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters. Mr. Chen’s litigation practice includes representing corporate clients in commercial and business disputes, product liability defense, and class action defense. His non-litigation practice encompasses contract management, counseling on business transactions and serving as outside general counsel in dealing with local, state, and federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of Commerce, United States International Trade Commission, and various tax authorities. Prior to joining Yoka Smith, Mr. Chen worked in-house at an alternative energy company and was an associate with Collins + Collins, LLP (formerly Collins Collins, Muir + Stewart LLP). He received his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Mr. Jiawei Wang serves as the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc., having served as CEO (previously Co-CEO) since September 2025 and joining the Board of Directors in May 2026. He also serves as the Global Executive Chairman of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric, Inc. (“FF”)—having been promoted to the role after serving as Global President since March 2025—and as a partner and president of FFGP. He was FF's Vice President of Global Capital Markets from May 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, he was Global Head of Capital Markets at FF from January 2018 to May 2018, and General Manager of FF China Capital Markets from March 2017 to January 2018. He was the co-founder and Executive Chairman of AIBOT Inc. from September 2022 to March 2025 and now serves as the Chairman of AIBOT Inc., an AI-driven, intelligent eVTOL aircraft developer. Before joining FF, Mr. Wang worked at Le Holdings Co. Ltd. as Director of Corporate Development from 2015 to 2017. He co-founded Global Galaxy Inc., a private investment firm, in September 2013 and worked as a private equity analyst at Knights Investment Group from December 2013 to February 2014.
Mr. Shi serves as an Independent Director of AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. He has been serving as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance at VRB Energy Inc., an energy storage company focused on vanadium redox flow battery technology, since June 2017. Mr. Shi previously worked in public practice with Deloitte’s Shanghai, China and Vancouver, Canada offices, where he was involved in audit, IPO, and other public-company engagement matters. Mr. Shi holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta (2015) and a Bachelor of Management from Sichuan University (2009). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Associate Accountant (ICAEW), and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, Canada).
